PSP sport is off to a flying start

PSP adopted the Port Shepstone Recovery Centre as one of the charities it will support.

PORT Shepstone Primary’s sports programme got off to an exciting start last Friday with the gr R sports day where pupils took part in novelty items much to parents’ delight. The gr R sports event is held separately from the school’s main sports day to allow the smaller pupils an opportunity to have fun without being overwhelmed by older pupils.

Both spectators and athletes had an extremely enjoyable day and foundation phase teachers and the gr R teacher in particular are thanked for organising and coordinating this function.

PSP recently adopted the Port Shepstone Recovery Centre as one of the charities that it supports. Non-perishable food items were collected for donation and handed over last Friday and the school expresses appreciation to parents and pupils for their excellent support.

Gr 1 enrolment for 2015 was held last Friday and is now closed since all available spaces have been filled.
