SOUTHCITY’S junior primary phase enjoyed a wonderful, fun-packed day during the interhouse athletics held on Friday last week. Levi was the winning house, Judah won the spirit cup and many awards were handed out for individual outstanding achievements.
Fifteen Southcity College pupils have been selected to play in the 2014 SKZN soccer teams. These pupils played in the recent inter-district tournaments, which also serve as KZN trials.
The school congratulates Hannah Nero, Katana Berente, Milisa Chiliza (U14 girls), Khaya Mngadi (U14 boys), Axola Jili and Daina Pieterse (U15 girls), Daniel Francesconi (U15 boys), Caitlyn Farndell and Lona Nonkonyana (U16 girls), Jonathan Francesconi (U16 boys), Aura Barton, Tiffany Higgins, Bianca Werner and Brittany Matthews (U19 girls) and Flynn Fagan (U19 boys).
