Blaise Hulley runs like the wind for Falcon house.
THE past two weeks have seen a great deal of athletics with the junior and senior primary and college phase events. Eagle house won the junior primary and Falcon won the senior primary.
School records were broken by Emma Kuhn (U10, 800m and 1200m), Theresa Kuhn (U12, 800m and 1200m), Karl Huizinga (U13, 150m, long jump, 100m, high jump), Meriqe Pillay (U9, 1200m, high jump record equal), Olivia Hulley (U9, shot put), Benjamin Strydom (U11, shot put), Mathew Milton (U9, long jump) and Amy Swart (U9, high jump).
Creston College was lucky to have the use of a dump truck, kindly loaned by KuluCrete for a few hours last week. Pupils went for rides around the car park and found out what it was like to ride in a vehicle so high off the ground. The school extends thanks to KuluCrete’s Clint Kendall.
