PORT Shepstone Primary hosted its annual gr 7 market day last Friday. Market day forms part of the ‘economic management sciences’ curriculum. It is aimed at teaching pupils how to develop business and marketing skills.
Pupils sold many interesting items that included bead necklaces, handmade bags, various food items and toys. A popular attraction was the jumping castle and the PlayStation games.
Pupils were absolutely delighted at the staggering amount of money made on market day and all parents are thanked for giving the necessary support to pupils, which ensured the success of ‘Market Day 2014’.
