SENIOR Primary once again welcomed a donation of books from the Sooklal family. The family previously donated a set of 30 encyclopedias to the school’s media centre and further donated 20 books to the school last week. Books carry a wealth of information and are always very useful, especially when pupils are busy with research

Ryder House hostel mourns the loss of Gladness Mahlatsi, who served the hostel with dedication and loyalty for the past 24 years. Gladness died on September 2 at the Netcare Margate Hospital after a short illness and the funeral service was held at her home in Gamalakhe last Saturday.
