MARGATE Primary looks forward to a fulfilling and satisfying last term and welcomes Claudia Blumrick, who will teach gr 4, as well as Christina Nxumalo, who will teach foundation phase Zulu. They are both wished a long and happy stay.
At the end of last term, gr 7 pupils attended a life skills programme, which covered pertinent topics such as self-esteem, decision making, goal setting, substance abuse, love and marriage, as well as many other issues. Pupils thoroughly enjoyed this course and the feedback was very encouraging and positive.
Some gr 7 girls have the privilege of receiving extra English skills from Louise Reiche, who has 25 years’ experience in international education. Louise is thanked for her time and effort in assisting these pupils before they head off to high school.
