LAST Friday was a day filled with tears and laughter at Hibberdene Academy as the matriculants delivered their final farewell to the school and teachers. Each pupil had the opportunity to prepare their thoughts and express his and her thanks to the school.
The speeches were filled with exciting stories and countless shared memories. Their words touched everyone’s hearts, instilled a sense of pride in the school and hope for those who will soon follow in their footsteps.
To the matriculants of 2014, a note from the teachers at Hibberdene Academy – “Our wish for you is that this life becomes all that you want it to be, that your dreams stay big and your worries stay small.
You never need to carry more than you can bear and while you are out there studying and advancing your lives, we hope you know that they love you!
Go confidently in the direction of your dreams and live the life you’ve imagined. We wish you luck with your upcoming examinations and future endeavours.”
