MARBURG Secondary once again achieved excellent results in the 2014 matric examinations.
The school achieved 157 subject distinctions from the 202 pupils who wrote the examination.
The top academics were Siyasanga Kohli with six distinctions, Kimmi Rajaram with five distinctions and Sanam Sewpersad and Amahle Tambodala with four distinctions each.
The school also produced 119 bachelor passes, 47 diploma passes and 26 higher certificate passes.
The principal, Saleem Vallee, was pleased with the results and wished all the matriculants well in their future endeavours.
