Bianca-May on the road to recovery

The family thanks the community for its prayers.

UMTENTWENI teenager Bianca-May Theunissen (18), who was involved in a freak horse riding accident in Paddock recently, is recovering at home.

Bianca’s mother, Kerry-Lee Jesson, said that she was making ‘very slow progress’ and that each day was a gift.

“She is doing very well and able to walk a bit… any brain trauma takes time and patience,” she added.

Kerry-Lee, together with Bianca-May’s brother James, father Pete Theunissen and his wife, Yvonne, thanked the community for the prayers, gifts, messages of strength, and encouragement.
