Iviwe does Margate Primary proud

DURING December, Iviwe Cenga competed in the schools’ national cross-country championshis in Pretoria and did extremely well, coming 14th overall in his age group. Well done to Iviwe for representing himself, his school, the Ugu district and the province so remarkably, both on and off the field.

Happy faces and excited chatter made for a great start to the new year at Margate Primary. Old friendships were rekindled after the holidays and new pupils made many new friends. The school welcomes three new teachers, Shasha Oxenham, Tholakele Shinga and Elmarie Kinsey-Ahlers, as well as two new teacher aides, Kirsten Guthrie and Megan Faber. They are all wished a long and happy stay at Margate Primary.
