PSJP guides parents

Pupils are encouraged to use their talents and learn new skills.

INFORMATION and homework meetings were held last week for parents of grades 1, 2 and 3 pupils. Parents were given guidance on how to supervise their children’s homework, encourage routine, and most of all, to instill a disciplined study habit which will help them with learning as they progress from grade to grade.

The whole school was delighted to take part in Gymbo Kidz, Playball, Hip Hop, Soccer Starz and Irish Dance demonstrations last week. Various coordinators performed interactive activities, designed to improve physical ability and emotional maturity in a non-competitive environment. Pupils are encouraged to use their talents and learn skills that are vitally important to early childhood development, such as ball skills, balance, coordination, as well as fine and gross motor skills.
