Sports training starts in earnest at Sheppie High

Coaches are enthusiastically imparting extensive knowledge and skills.

UPON entering week 4 at Sheppie High, the sports fields are buzzing with energetic coaches and pupils.

Rugby, hockey, athletics, water polo, swimming, cross-fit, basketball, cricket and netball coaches are enthusiastically imparting extensive knowledge and skills to talented sportsmen and sportswomen.

 

Pupils who do not take part in sports are able to get active with the cross-fit sessions held each day. Cross-fit is a combination of aerobics, toning, ‘Zumba’ dance moves and fun.
