TEACHERS and pupils from Port Shepstone Senior Primary took part in the CANSA Shavathon at the end of the first term. Pupils dressed in civvies and donated R5 to have their hair sprayed in crazy colours in support of the many cancer victims who suffer hair loss from treatment.
It is business as usual at PSSP after the Easter vacation and the extramural programme commences on Monday, April 20. Parents are reminded that the programme runs daily from Monday to Thursday between 2 and 3pm and main codes offered this term include hockey, netball, volleyball and soccer.
Remedial lessons will also be offered to support pupils who have been identified and parents will be notified accordingly. The highlight on the sport calendar will be the annual Winter Sports Day scheduled for May 16.
