Creston celebrates twenty years

Gr 10 pupils demonstrated some of the latest dance moves for the adults.

CRESTON celebrated its 20th birthday with a dinner/dance in the school hall with parents, friends and teachers.

The hall had been used the previous night by gr 12 pupils for their annual matric dance and had been decorated in the theme of ‘your universe’. The decor was beautifully done and it was indeed a splendid place for the Creston adults to enjoy a birthday party of note. Gr 10 pupils took on the role of waitrons for the night and demonstrated some of the latest dance moves for the adults.

Creston Pre-primary paid an exciting visit to Margate Airport to get a bird’s eye view of the planes and meet some of the pilots and technicians. They watched planes taxiing on the runway and were afforded an opportunity to see the fire engines that service the aerodrome. This turned out to be an awesome excursion because some pupils had never been at an airport before.
