LAST week saw Margate Primary playing various sports against PSSP, both at home and away. Results were mixed, with the boys’ junior and senior hockey teams, as well as the U13 girls’ hockey teams all winning their games. The senior soccer boys also convincingly won their game 4-1. Well done to all players.
In a surprise visit, Kuma Hari Krishna demonstrated the amazing intricacies of Indian paper art by creating flowers, trees, towers and chains with the utmost of ease, keeping pupils spellbound.
A number of pupils from grades 5 to 7 sat the National Science Olympiad last week and hopefully Margate Primary will once again feature in the top results.
