SOUTH Coast Academy is pleased to announce an increase in the school’s 2014 pass rate to 87 percent, thanks to the determination and perseverance of Art Mhlelembana.
Art was brutally attacked and robbed a few days before his final matric exams commenced last year and while his classmates were writing their finals, Art was recovering in ICU.
Once Art was finally released, he had to cope with the emotional scars and, despite all these challenges, he wrote his supplementary exams in February 2015 and excelled. The principal and management would like to commend Art and wish him all the best for the future.
