IZOTSHA Primary grade 5 pupils hosted a fun-filled ‘Cowboys and Indians’ themed cake sale last Friday. The sports hall was beautifully decorated with hay bales and checked tablecloths and lots of cowboys, cowgirls and red Indians. Thank you to all parents who contributed such delicious-looking treats.
At the rugby match against Port Edward, the senior A team won 45-0. Kaid Morsink scored three tries, Kaleb Thomas two and Gary Massey, Fynn Weber, Jesh Yengopal and Richard Bormann each scored one.
A most enjoyable winter sports day was held at Suid-Natal Primary last Saturday. Hockey, netball and rugby were played and the Izotsha teams displayed their usual good manners and sportsmanship.
Intermediate and senior phase pupils are currently writing mid-year exams, which end on Friday.
