Tyronne dominates bodybuilding compo

His hard work has paid off.

TYRONNE du Toit (21) of Umtentweni brought home the gold last Saturday in the U23 SSN Team Universe KwaZulu-Natal held in Durban, at The Playhouse.

Hard work, and of course, some solid muscle, contributed to Tyronne of Superbodies, Port Shepstone’s grand win.

Tyronne has been training for the last seven years. “To win is something you have to experience. It is a whole new level of emotion and it was worth everything I worked hard for,” he said.

He, together with his good friend, Michael Wood of Superbodies, Margate, will take to the stage to compete at the provincials on August 22. Michael placed third in the U23 division.

Stephan Horne of Superbodies, Margate claimed third place in the novice line-up.
