Izotsha Primary ends athletic season
IZOTSHA Primary experienced a fun-filled, spirit-filled week with the foundation, intermediate and senior phases hosting athletics days. Good results were achieved, with many new records being set. IZOTSHA Primary experienced a fun-filled, spirit-filled week with the foundation, intermediate and senior phases hosting athletics days. Good results were achieved, with many new records being set.
Intermediate and senior phase pupils Erin Swart, Byron Winrow, Tia Forbes, Lwazi Ngcobo, Zamo Nyawose, Tian Prinsloo, Ava-Mae Lilje and Kaid Morsink were all age group winners. The final 2015 athletics day was won by Leopard house, with Panther a close second and Jaguar coming third. Panther
won the coveted spirit trophy. The foundation phase was won by Panther, with Leopard second and Jaguar third.
A speech and drama festival adjudicated by drama teacher Barbie Meyer was held at the school recently. According to Barbie, performances were of a really high standard.
