SHEPPIE High’s boys’ and girls’ soccer teams have produced sizzling scores so far this season, boasting many wins in league games and tournaments.
The boys’ first team beat Southcity 2-0, drew 2-2 with Amanzimtoti, won both its games in the Top 32 soccer tournament and qualified for the quarter finals, which will be held at Moses Mabhida Stadium. The girls’ first team recently beat Southcity 5-0 and Amanzimtoti 3-0.
The boys’ U14 soccer team won its age group tournament recently, beating Glenwood, Northwood, Pinetown and Westville to secure first place. The athletics team took part in a track meeting held at Creston last week and PSHS won 11 of the 12 events. Well done, Sheppie High!
