Consent sought to build church in Tweni

The municipality is considering a special consent application.

AN application has been made to erect a place of worship on an Umtentweni residential property.

Hibiscus Coast Municipality has given notice that it intends to consider this Special Consent application to build a church building, larger that 207m² in size, on Erf 554, Umtentweni. The property, on Mgazi Road, is zoned ‘Residential Only 2’. It is 5295m² in extent and has a dwelling house, a double garage and two outside buildings on it.

The copy of the application (No 76/2015) is available for inspection at the municipal offices in Uvongo on weekdays from 7.30am to 4pm. Comments are invited and should be sent to the head of the Department of Economic Development, Tourism and Planning, for the attention of town planner Nelisiwe Sithole by October 28.
