Birds take centre stage at Art-in-the-Park

The open-air exhibition has proven to be a firm favourite.

Uvongo is set for the popular monthly Art-in-the-Park this Saturday (7th) from 09:00 to 13:00.

Since its launch in February this year, visitor numbers have steadily grown, with the relaxed, informal atmosphere of this open-air exhibition proving a firm favourite among art enthusiasts and casual visitors alike.

November’s theme, Birds of the World, promises to be something special: an exciting display of original bird paintings will take centre stage beneath the magnificent old coral tree in the park – expect a colourful celebration of the feathered wonders of our world, interpreted through the creativity and talents of local artists.

Should inclement weather prevent the event from taking place this Saturday, Art-in-the-Park will be postponed by one week to Saturday, November 14.

Admission is free. For more info, contact Johann on WhatsApp 072-603-7517.
