al-Hudaa pupils venture out

After a busy morning, pupils were ready for a scrumptious lunch sponsored by Muhammed Moosa of Tiago’s.

RECENTLY pupils at al-Hudaa Girls’ College undertook an excursion to the police station, Harbour View SuperSpar and Tiago’s. They were escorted around the Port Shepstone police station and taught the importance of safety. They received some educational worksheets and colouring books and then it was on to the next stop at Harbour View SuperSpar where they were personally taken around the store by owner Graeme Milligan. He explained to them how the bakery operates, how to select the freshest fruits and vegetables and finally treated them to delicious cupcakes and juice at the store’s in-house coffee shop.

After a busy, fun-filled morning, pupils were ready for a scrumptious lunch sponsored by Muhammed Moosa and the friendly staff of Tiago’s in Port Shepstone. School staff and pupils thank the parents and all the warm-hearted people who lent a hand to make this outing a memorable one.
