HCM extends ‘rate us’ survey

THE DEADLINE for the Hibiscus Coast Municipality’s customer satisfaction survey has been extended to December 18.

Mayor, Councillor Nomusa Mqwebu said this opportunity would afford residents, including those who attended the mayoral izimbizo, enough time to take part in the survey.

“Furthermore, this extension will accommodate those who arrive at our coast for the December holidays,” she added

Municipal spokesman Simon April said that this would assist the municipality in its efforts to constantly improve its services.

He urged the community to take part and said forms were available at all municipal buildings, including libraries and Thusong Centres during normal working hours, as well as on the municipal website.
