Creston hosts visiting school

Pupils really enjoyed working on interactive whiteboards and sharing new English and Zulu words.

CRESTON College and Inkulu Primary have an ongoing relationship and in this spirit, Creston’s gr 3 class hosted the Inkulu Primary gr 3 visit last Thursday. The children really enjoyed the morning working on interactive whiteboards and sharing new English and Zulu words.

Weather conditions were near perfect and pupils had fun playing and cooling off in the swimming pool under the vigilant supervision of teachers and coaches. Coach Mandy Koegelenburg of Blue Ocean Aquatics also gave visiting pupils an introductory lesson on various swimming strokes and the morning was rounded off with the gr 2 class presenting Christmas ‘goodie bags’ to Inkulu Primary pupils.

The pre-primary prize-giving held last Friday was thoroughly enjoyed by all.
