MARGATE Primary’s gr 3 classes presented their play, which is a tribute to vibrant, enthusiastic teacher Sonja Moore, who sadly died at the beginning of the year – a fitting finale for this wonderful teacher.
Both the junior and senior prize-giving ceremonies were a huge success and the looks of wonder and amazement on the faces of the younger children was a joy to behold. Mthiza Ntshanga was named the 2015 dux and the Herald trophy for the pupil who has shown the most personal growth went to Duduzile Mbili. The Fellowship and Personality awards were presented to Senzo Mbili and Onwabile Luphalule respectively.
The school takes this opportunity to wish all staff, pupils and families of Margate Primary a blessed Christmas and a successful and safe new year.
