Man goes missing in Margate

POLICE are looking for Thamsanqa Hopewell Ngobese (27).

According to police spokesman, Captain Gerald Mfeka, Thamsanqa went to the Margate taxi rank on Saturday, January 2.

“He apparently left his bag with a woman at the rank and never returned. The woman became concerned, opened the bag and found his foster parents’ contact details. She called them and was advised to go to Margate police station, which she did, and a missing persons report was opened,” said Captain Mfeka.

Thamsanqa was last seen wearing khaki pants, a Manchester United T-shirt and Grasshopper shoes. He is dark in complexion and has a scratch on his face. Any information can be forwarded to Sergeant Trish Maharaj at 039 3129871 or 082 3306178.
