Top mid-term marks for HCM

HIBISCUS Coast Municipality has gone beyond just ticking the box with the implementation of projects now going full steam ahead.

Municipal manager Max Mbili proudly announced that mid-year results showed there was a vast improvement in service delivery and budget spending across all departments.

Speaking to the press on Tuesday, he said department heads were all showing high levels of accountability.

“The municipality will continue towards ensuring improved service delivery and better internal controls in our endeavour to drive the process towards a clean administration,” he said.

Municipality spokesman Simon April thanked the public for its continued support in ensuring that the municipality kept on top of its game.
