IZOTSHA Primary hosted a most successful high school fair for 17 high schools last Thursday. The U11A cricket team played against Margate and won by seven wickets. Guy Henderson once again took the ‘Man of the Match’ title, scoring 50 not out.
Foundation phase held a fun-filled championship gala. The school hosted an inter-school fun relay gala with Southcity and Creston in attendance. This was a milestone for the school, being their first inter-school gala in approximately 10 years, thanks to the new 25m pool.
A fund-raiser was held for pupils going on the hockey tour to Treverton at the end of the term. Many goodies were sold, including freshly-made popcorn, sweets dipped in a chocolate fountain and freshly-made milkshakes. Thank you to everyone who worked extremely hard for this event.
