MARGATE Primary was delighted to host Cansa Shavathon women last Friday and more than 200 pupils had their hair sprayed in numerous colours and designs. There was great hilarity and mirth when pupils and teachers saw each other with brightly coloured heads! This really fun fund-raising activity was a great success for the Cancer Association.
One of the extramural activities offered to gr 7 girls is a cooking programme and they have really enjoyed these lessons where they learn to cook a variety of sweet and savoury dishes. Recently they made pasta, complete with a tasty sauce.
Parents are reminded to attend the senior interhouse swimming gala tomorrow at 10am.
