PSSec players defend their title

Elderly grandmothers were driven to school last Friday and served a delicious lunch.

PORT Shepstone Secondary defended its volleyball champion title valiantly and brought back the much-deserved crown as undisputed masters of volleyball at last week’s schools’ volleyball tournament held at the Marburg Sports Complex.

The school embarked on a new programme focused on seniors this year. Hardworking senior citizens are often forgotten in today’s busy schedules and pupils decided to treat them to an afternoon of pampering. Elderly grandmothers were driven to school last Friday and served a delicious lunch. With lunch over, they enjoyed pedicures and manicures by a group of eager pupils, who look forward to spoiling more grandmothers throughout 2016.
