IT IS business as usual at PSSP after the Easter vacation and the extramural programme commenced on Monday. Parents are reminded that the programme runs daily from Monday to Thursday between 2 and 3pm. Main sporting codes offered this term include hockey, netball, volleyball, soccer and chess. Afternoon remedial lessons have also been made available for identified pupils and parents have been informed accordingly. The highlight on the sports calendar is the annual winter sports day scheduled for Saturday, May 14.
Congratulations to Keytin Vorster for winning gold in the 50, 100 and 200m freestyle events, as well as 50m butterfly event at the Level 2 Regional Swimming Championships held at King’s Park recently.
Parent meetings to discuss pupils’ academic performances have been scheduled for today, (Thursday, 14th), commencing at 2.15pm and parents are reminded to adhere to appointment times.
