Creston pupils prepare for expo

Once again, Fezeka Nzama was awarded best speaker.

CRESTON College senior primary pupils have been hard at work preparing projects for display at the annual science expo. This expo is always a great opportunity for pupils to expand their knowledge of science and its impact on humans and the environment. The school hopes that some pupils will once again be selected to take part in the International Science Fair. The science expo is open to other schools and the public on Wednesday, May 11 and is well worth a visit.

During winter, pre-primary pupils take part in sport development games every Tuesday and the progress made each week is phenomenal. Teachers are able to observe pupils and note the physical development progress of each individual.

The Eaglecrest Interact Club had another successful outing to Inathi (St Martin’s) Child and Youth Care Centre. They arrived at 9am and spent the morning playing games and doing art.

The school hosted a successful round 2 of the Debating League against Port Shepstone High. Once again, Fezeka Nzama was awarded best speaker. Well done to ‘Team Creston’ for making the school proud. A special thank you to Robin Clark for all her hard work and dedication.
