JAI HIND Primary’s gr 2 pupils went on an exciting excursion to Riverbend Crocodile Farm recently. They watched a short video presentation on the Nile crocodile and went on a guided tour of the snake tunnel. The highlight of the excursion was walking with guides through the crocodile farm. Pupils were given a chance to hold hatchlings and touch crocodile skin. There were many excited cries when pupils viewed crocodiles snapping their jaws. They returned to school, tired but richer for the experience.
