Excitement at show house handover

The KwaMadlala Rural Housing Project is expected to be completed in the next four years.

A TOTAL of R126-million has been set aside by Hibiscus Coast Municipality human settlements division for the construction of houses in the KwaMadlala community.

The KwaMadlala Rural Housing Project is expected to be completed in the next four years, with more than 900 new homes being provided.

The construction of the 100m x 40m square housing units will include VIP toilet facilities and water tanks.

A show house belonging to a 24-year-old and his siblings was handed over on Tuesday, by Hibiscus Coast mayor, Councillor Cynthia Mqwebu and Exco council members.
