PORT Shepstone Senior Primary’s gr 7 pupils learned much about leadership and teamwork during a two-day visit to Sweetdale Camp recently. They enjoyed valuable a educational experience outside the classroom, exposed not only to physical challenges, but also problem-solving through teamwork.
Senior and junior netball teams played against Creston last week. Both teams won their matches convincingly, 25–9 and 11–1 respectively. Hockey teams also faced Creston last week. Well done to senior boys’ and girls’ hockey teams, who put up a brave battle. Both teams were victorious and are congratulated on an excellent performance. The junior hockey girls’ team was not as fortunate, with their opponents proving to be much stronger. Although it was a tough loss, players gained valuable skills from the experience.
