HLANGANANI Preparatory recently embarked on a Spellathon programme to raise funds and improve pupils’ reading and spelling and is compulsory for all pupils. There are exciting prizes and certificates to be won and parents are urged to assist by signing forms and supervising and monitoring the collection of money.
Generous benefactor Rajan Mahabeer and his team once again visited the school last Saturday. On this occasion he fed at least 150 children with delicious, hot vegetable breyani. The school and local community are sincerely grateful for his unwavering dedication.
The school welcomes Estelle Alberts back as the gr 7 English teacher after an absence of a year and a half.
