URGENT NOTICE: Planned water supply interruption in the pipeline
Those affected are urged to ensure they have an adequate supply stored to see them through the dry spell.
UGU Municipality is in the process of upgrading its Boboyi plant, and this requires water supply to be shut off for a time in several areas.
Those living in Oslo Beach, Uvongo, Shelly Beach, Margate Ext 3, Ramsgate North, Gamalakhe, Nyandezulu and Nositha will be without water tomorrow, Tuesday, September 6 and Wednesday, September 7 between 10pm and 4am on both days.
On Thursday, September 8 and Thursday, September 15, the same areas will be affected, this time from 6am to 5pm on both days.
STORE FRESH WATER, AND USE IT WISELY. RELIEF SUPPLY WILL BE ON STANDBY SHOULD THE NEED ARISE.
