AS part of their business studies assessment, grade 7s at Hibberdene Academy and their teacher, Nicolin Pillay, held their first entrepreneurs’ day during the first break on Friday, September 16.
Pupils were very excited and eager to host the event. They created posters and decorated their stalls. They were very successful as all groups made a profit.
Leonora du Plessis ran a successful raffle raising R3 500 for the school. The money will be carefully spent on computer speakers, a laminator and other items needed by the teachers and pupils. Our special thanks to her on an outstanding effort. Thanks are also extended to the parents and pupils for their participation.
