MARGATE Primary’s gr 4 and 5 pupils were treated to a ‘Farming in South Africa’ presentation by Woolworths last week. This valuable, informative talk covered both subsistence and commercial farming.
Gr 7 pupils held a highly successful market day last week and fortunately the weather held out. Pupils from all grades had a great time buying the large variety of items on sale. Activities included a jumping castle, water balloons, darts, face painting and TV games.
Congratulations Megan Faber (student teacher) and Greg Aub, who are getting married this coming weekend. Both pupils and staff members look forward to a well-earned break next week.
