THE PSHS Executive Council of Learners attended a leadership workshop at Camp Anerley, which is designed to empower pupils with skills required as an effective member of the ECL. They took part in various team-building exercises, challenges and attended lectures on leadership theory, motivation, goal-setting, relationships and conflict management.
At the official ECL inauguration afterwards, members were presented with certificates and blazer braids. The atmosphere was electric as the audience waited eagerly for the announcement. Principal Peter Jenkins congratulated Kelly van der Berg (head girl), Genesis Cele (deputy head girl), Jarnu Hills (head boy) and Yandile Jordan (deputy head boy) and wished them well.
