HLANGANANI Preparatory held its annual awards ceremony last Friday evening at the Norwegian Settlers’ Church.
The function was well attended by parents and guests despite the rain.
The guest speaker was Pastor Chad Broom, whose address focused on parents providing a nurturing environment for their children.
Highlights of the evening were the gr R graduation ceremony, the presentation of academic certificates and speeches presented by several pupils.
The coveted dux award recipient was Mlindi Nzama, who holds an impressive academic record and excelled in every grade since starting at the school in 2013.
The school wishes gr 7 pupils all the best for the next phase of their school careers.
