SHEPPIE High’s ‘Teenagers Against Drug and Alcohol Abuse’ committee (TADA) held its annual de-stress ‘pamper hamper’ raffle recently.
Various businesses on the South Coast donated prizes.
The draw was conducted by a teacher and two pupils and overseen by a TADA representative. Proceeds go towards training TADA committee members and presentation programmes that inform and warn teenagers of the dangers of substance abuse.
There were five hampers for pupils and four for staff members. The lucky recipients were Chloe Naidoo, Naledi Nongawuza, Sibongokuhle Ngaleka, Toni Lupalule and Atish Ghingai.
