Local company does RNM proud

SmartXchange is one of the most impressively performing Seda-funded incubators.

CWEPHESHE Computer Solutions  put the Ray Nkonyeni Municipality firmly on the map by scooping the Best Newcomer award at the recent 2016 SmartXchange MICTe SMME awards.

The company provides network infrastructure management, performance monitoring and network visibility solutions.

The MEC for Economic Development, Tourism and Environmental Affairs, Sihle Zikalala expressed great delight in recognising the strides being made by the SmartXchange SMME incubator in the sector of MICTe SMME development and innovation.

His advice to small business and the private sector encouraged new thinking in the world of business, where the monitoring and adoption of business best practices from across countries is a prerequisite.

Mandisa Tshikwatamba, CEO of Small Enterprise Development Agency (Seda), commended the private sectors involvement in supporting SMMEs and incubators.

She further emphasised that SmartXchange is one of the most impressively performing Seda-funded incubators, having received eight awards, both nationally and regionally, since the incubator’s inception.
