RA ENGAR Primary honoured pupils for academic, sporting and special achievements last Thursday. The function was well attended and parents beamed with pride as they watched their children being rewarded for hard work. Pupils entertained the audience with dance, songs and a beautiful poem written and recited by Andisiwe Mbokazi.
Gr 7 pupils Luxolo Tayi (sportsman of the year), Nosiphiwe Gcina(sportswoman of the year), Ntobeko Ncane (most improved maths pupil), Alungile Mhlonga (top honours for maths), Liana Naidoo (top honours for English) were deserving of their accolades. The prestigious good fellowship award was presented to Asiphe Bongwa and Kriven Govender scooped the coveted dux award. The school sincerely thanks all sponsors for their generosity which contributed to a highly successful function.
