URGENT NOTICE: Planned shutdown of water supply

Those in the affected area are urged to store sufficient water ahead of time.

THE Port Shepstone CBD will be without water tomorrow, Wednesday, January 25, according to Ugu.

An announcement by the municipality says the shutdown is due to ‘the tie-in of a 200mm pipeline into the existing water system that feeds the Port Shepstone CBD’.

The supply is expected to be interrupted from 7am to 3pm, and those in the affected area are urged to store sufficient water ahead of time.

Municipal relief water supply will be on standby should the need arise.
