LAST Friday evening approximately 200 parents and pupils attended an informative interactive session presented by Port Shepstone Islamic School director Dr Mahomed Sayeed Karodia.
Subject choices and career path finding have always been daunting to both parents and pupils and the aim of this session was to empower pupils to meet the demands of tertiary studies and career fields.

Grade 11 pupils took advantage of the opportunity to run a refreshment kiosk to raise funds for hosting of the next matric awards dinner.
Gr 9 pupils enjoyed a three hour self-discovery assessment workshop last Saturday and gr 6 pupils enjoyed an educational trip to Ushaka Marine World.
Two lucky pupils were chosen to interact with the dolphins and an informative tour of the penguins and their habitat had pupils fascinated.
The diverse opportunities of education beyond the classroom always prove meaningful and successful.
