If you want to object to your municipal valuation, time is running out
Property owners are reminded to submit their objections before the deadline.
ALL property owners are once again reminded to submit their property General Valuation Roll objections if they are of the opinion that the market value of their property was over or under estimated, by no later than Friday, April 28 at 3pm.
Forms for lodging objections are obtainable at the Treasury Offices in Margate and Port Shepstone as well as at the Ezinqoleni municipal offices. They may also be downloaded form the municipality’s website.

Completed forms must be returned by registered mail to the following address:
The Municipal Manager, Ray Nkonyeni Local Municipality, Valuation Roll, PO Box 5, Port Shepstone, 4240 or hand delivered to the Treasury Offices in Margate or Port Shepstone.
They may also be handed in at Ezinqoleni Municipal Offices (on Tuesdays only). Completed forms can also be emailed to objections@rnm.gov.za.
