A GRIEVING KwaNzimakwe family has made a desperate call to law enforcement to help them solve the mystery of their daughter’s murder.
The family said they felt cheated by the justice system after hearing that the man accused of murdering their daughter had walked free – despite August being Women’s Month.

Samkelisiwe Lushaba (24) was stabbed to death near a tavern in the Gcilima eMatsheketsheni area last month.
A suspect, her former boyfriend, was arrested and later released without the family’s knowledge.
The family now wants answers from Margate SAPS as to why the officers investigating the case claim to have had no idea that he would be released from custody.
According to Samke’s father, they received the shocking news of his release via an SMS.
“My other daughter received a message from the suspect which read, ‘I’m back again’.What was even more disturbing was the fact that the message had been sent using my late daughter’s cellphone, which had gone missing weeks before she died.”
The devastated father said he had confronted the investigating officer who denied knowing anything about the suspect being released.
“He told me he had sent the docket from the Ramsgate regional court to the Port Shepstone regional court, from where the man was released, but said they too had no idea how or why.
“I have lost hope in the justice system. This is painful to my family and to me as the head of the household. Please help us – we cannot do this alone.”
