Suid-Natal High celebrates 50 golden years

The event was a tremendous success.

Suid-Natal High’s 50th anniversary celebration last week culminated in a variety of fun activities at the school. A gala evening took place at the hall last Friday, at which pupils put on a spectacular musical show, while parents enjoyed a delicious supper.

Proud Suid-Natal teacher Saartjie Boshoff told the Herald that this special occasion provided a rare opportunity to gather together everyone who had contributed to the success of this wonderful school, including those from the ‘old days’ and those who are still involved every day.

“The anniversary shows the vitality of our school over the last 50 years. Moving forward, it encourages us to continue pursuing our mission with the same enthusiasm,” said Ms Boshoff.

The event attracted hundreds of community members and was a tremendous success.
